Slow Smoked Texas Brisket, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Smoked Sausage, Ham, Cajun Turkey, Pork Loin, Sliced Beef, St. Louis Style Pork Ribs, Hot Links, Jalapeno Cheese Sausage.

Entrée: Beef and Chicken Fajitas Or Beef, Chicken or Cheese EnchiladasSides: Spanish Rice and Choice of Bean (Refried, Black or Charro)

Additional Items Included are: Shredded Cheese, Shredded Lettuce, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Jalapenos and Pico de Gallo and of course Chips and Salsa.

2 Sauces (Marinara and Alfredo).
